I work mainly with adults, using a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy, neuro linguistic programming and counselling skills to facilitate the resolution of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems and grief. These sessions last one hour.
I am also an Accredited Journey Therapist, and this work is a bit like an interactive visualisation. You will be guided to open into your own deepest self – infinite consciousness – that place where time stands still. From here we access and release cellular memories (body memory, as used in training athletes) – this can alter the physical experience of life and also the emotional patterns. This work generally brings with it great health benefits – for instance, I have not been to my doctor for 20 years. A Journey session with me can take up to a maximum of three hours.
