I work with adults and teenagers, using a combination of CBT and NLP, resolving issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, phobias, grief and addictions.
I am also an Accredited Journey Therapist, and this work is a bit like an interactive visualisation You will be guided to open into your own deepest self, infinite consciousness – that place where time stands still. From here you will access and release cellular memories; this can alter the physical experience of life and also the emotional patterns. This work generally brings with it great health benefits; I have not been to my doctor for 19 years. A Journey session with me takes a minimum of one and a half hours and can last up to three hours.
